Meet: John Frost Square (outside library)
When: 11: 00am
Route: river walk... to Glebelands.... circular... back to JFS
Duration: This will take approximately 3 hours
Cost: It's FREE to walk with us

When: 11: 30am
Route: Llanwern Circular following Newport Council's Healthy Challenge Walks Guide... we will catch the bus to Ringland and walk to the start point from there...
Duration: This will take approximately 4 hours
Cost: We try to make our walks no cost but on this walk we will catch the bus to Ringland and back
bus fares = £1.30 x 2

Route: using Newport Council Fourteen Locks Cirular walk...we will walk across the city to the canal...follow the canal path ...and then do a circular walk past Fourteen Locks....past Ynysyfro Reservoirs...back to John Frost Square via Little Lock and Malpas Road
Duration: This will take approximately 3 hours
When: 11am

Walk to the sea from the seawall in Nash...yes out to sea!
Meet at 11am John Frost Square.
**Wellies a must** we did this walk a few weeks ago and got very muddy...
Will either take number 44 to Nash College and walk to the seawall from there (45 mins) or car share to the seawall...depends on who turns up on the day.
We usually stop for a pub lunch ... but you may prefer to bring along a packed lunch... that's fine...
